A fragile EU unity amidst numerous crises?
The Middle East, Ukraine and the Sahel – the EU is confronted with numerous crises at once. The EU High Representative Josep Borrell, is thus calling for more unity and wants to heighten the EU’s ability to defend itself, if it wants to play a geopolitical role.
