The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, the Directorate for Economic Planning and the Directorate for European Integration are tasked, in cooperation with all levels of government in Bosnia and Herzegovina, to continue further work and prepare a draft decision on the establishment of an institutional framework for the implementation of the Reform Agenda in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in accordance with constitutional competences.

After harmonizing the proposal and obtaining the opinions of all levels of government, and no later than within 30 days, they are obliged to inform the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina about this and submit the draft decision into procedure.

After the European Commission and the member states approved the Reform Agenda, it is now necessary, without delay, to initiate the procedure for concluding international agreements (Instrument Agreement and Loan Agreement) in accordance with the Law, as well as to appoint a national coordinator of the Reform Agenda.
