EU seeks common position for Climate Conference COP29

About a month before the start of the World Climate Conference COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan, the 27 environment ministers of the EU are trying to agree on a joint negotiating position. Negotiations between Bulgaria and North Macedonia ended in July 2022 when the two countries signed the Bilateral Protocol for the Good Neighborliness Agreement. If we talk about dialogue, it should be conducted between North Macedonia and the European Commission based on the accepted Negotiating Framework for North Macedonia, which was adopted by consensus, unanimously by all EU member states, and accepted by the Government of North Macedonia, said Radev.
