BRATISLAVA – Slovakia sent 18 firefighters and 12 pieces of equipment to France on Wednesday. They will monitor the situation in areas with a higher risk of wildfires. They will be deployed in the country until the first of September. Zuzana Geguššová from the media communication department of the Fire and Rescue Corps (HaZZ) Presidium informed TASR about this.
