Paris – With its 27 cubes symbolizing the 27 EU member states, the famous Cube “illustrates the complexity of European issues and the ingenuity required to solve them,” explained Georges Habsbourg-Lorraine, during a hearing before the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee.
