Skopje – A meeting dedicated to the Reform Agenda was held in the Government today, attended by several ministers together with Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski.
– Today we held a meeting dedicated to the reform agenda, at which we discussed the current priorities, challenges and next steps for advancing the reform processes, it is stated in the Prime Minister’s post on the Facebook page.
Mickoski stated that opinions and proposals were exchanged with the aim of more efficient implementation and better coordination among all involved parties.
Earlier, in a statement to the media, the Prime Minister stated that the goal is first to finish our homework related to the Reform Agenda, and then it remains up to the Union whether it will continue to bilateralize our accession process.
– The Macedonian path to EU integration is inevitably connected with the will of the 27 member states, one of them being from Bulgaria. You know that we have a problem with them, but our goal is to finish our homework, to prepare, to resolve all those open issues related to the Reform Agenda, to complete all those reforms that we have envisaged, said Mickoski.
He added that after we do all that, we will then leave it to the 27 member states to decide whether they will bilateralize this process or it will be based on the criteria that all the countries that have joined this union, that is, the EU, have had. (18 January 2026)
