Tetovo – The Minister for European Affairs Orhan Murtezani stated today in Tetovo that the constitutional amendments will begin to be implemented at the moment when there is certainty about how the end of that process will look.
– In the public appearances of international representatives and in the report of the European Commission, there is the obligation for constitutional amendments as a condition for starting negotiations. Both I and Prime Minister Mickoski have clearly stated on several occasions that there is nothing controversial in the substance of the constitutional amendments, however, we want to be sure that the constitutional amendments will not only open the negotiation process, but that this process will have an end. The moment we see that the process is secured, the constitutional amendments can begin to be implemented, stated Orhan Murtazani. (November 4)
