Sarajevo, (Fena) – The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, made a Decision on the appointment of members of the Interdepartmental Working Group for the preparation of the Draft Law on Development and Humanitarian Aid of Bosnia and Herzegovina to third countries, thus taking activities to implement priorities within Chapter 30 (External Relations) from the European Commission’s Opinion.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is obliged to incorporate the missing members into the work of this working group after they are proposed by the competent cantonal institutions.

The working group, composed of representatives of competent institutions at the state, entity, Brčko District level of BiH, and cantons, is obliged to prepare within 60 days from the adoption of this decision and submit to the Council of Ministers of BiH, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Draft Law on Development and Humanitarian Aid of Bosnia and Herzegovina to third countries for consideration.
