The European Union Program, SOCIEUX+, which marks another step to help Albania meet EU standards, was presented at the Europe House in Tirana.
SOCIEUX+ brings European expertise to improve social protection, labor, and employment systems through knowledge exchange, tailored to meet Albania’s needs.
The program demonstrates the EU’s commitment to support Albania on its path towards a stronger and more inclusive society.
Present at the program’s presentation ceremony, the Head of Cooperation at the EU delegation in Tirana, Hubert Perr, stated that SOCIEUX+ offers short-term support in the fields of social protection, labor, and employment, based on the exchange model.
According to him, the support provided by SOCIEUX+ can help Albania benefit from the experience and best practices of EU member states by aligning its legislation and standards in the EU accession process.
“But this is not just about changing laws; it’s about transforming society for the benefit of all Albanians,” emphasized Perr (January 27).
